Cowan replaced the old metal roof on my 200-year old home, and I would give them 6 stars if I could! Detailed, quality work, fair price, on-time (actually finished ahead of time), communicative throughout, great clean-up job, friendly, and also willing to fix a few quirky issues that arose during the job. We saw that they had recently replaced our neighbor's roof and decided to give them a call for an additional quote (Never get just one) and Cowan really impressed us. Their Roofing estimate was done casually without pressure, but what impressed me the most was how flexible Harrison was in being available to answer my questions and come back out to our house to speak with us while we were home. He even wrote us some additional paperwork to help our plight with insurance. Ultimately what won us over was their use of quality materials paired with a superior warranty (compared to all other quotes). Their professionalism was top notch throughout the entire process. Ultimately the roof installation went off without a hitch. And we are left satisfied with a quality product with a great warranty. I highly recommend you at least get a quote from them if you need roof work done.

Responded right away when asked for quote. Was thorough in his analysis and gave a very reasonable cost estimate. Performed work on schedule in everything was cleaned up. Very satisfied wih whole experience.

The team at Cowan Roofing has been wonderful to work with from the initial estimate to the finished work. The office was very responsive to my questions and kept me in the loop as to all the details pertaining to the work as well as any necessary follow up. We have a 20 year old roof which probably could be replaced, however, they suggested the option to perform a little maintenance that may give us another 5 years or so before having to replace our roof. I appreciated that honesty!
