Sorry for the late reply. Holidays and all..... Ashley was absolutely AMAZING helping us figure out the problem with our fireplace. Dumb spiders. LOL She was great, friendly and kept on trying to figure out our issue until it was solved. We are very grateful to her and we are enjoying our gas fireplace once again! Thank you Ashley.
